Of course we hope that you love our PAGO and that we meet your expectations 100%. However, if you would like to return your order for any reason, you can do so as follows:
If you haven't scanned the QR code from your package yet and haven't activated the PAGO, feel free to send us the ring with the Complaint insert back to the following address:
ATTENTION: Because rings have been lost in the mail several times in the past, we can only accept returns that are sent back to us by package and with a tracking number so we can track the package. Without this tracking number and package shipping, we cannot accept liability for lost shipments. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping and have to pay the costs for it.
Once we receive the return, we will either send you a coupon code for a new order or refund your purchase amount.
To simplify the process, we would ask you to order your desired ring again with this coupon code. After the order you can once again enter your current ring card data and we will send you the new PAGO.
Attention: We can no longer take backactivated rings (QR code activation). You can read about this in our enclosed brochure and in our cancellation policy.
